iPad wouldn't charge so sent it away they then told me my battery had shorted so was extra. Paid it not seeing the reviews.

Got it back and still having same issue. Emailed them explaining only to be told I would have to pay for postage to be returned to be fixed.

So called them and told me I still had to pay for postage, they said they could find no issue with it and was my why was did I need a new battery !!! Total waste of money

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $125.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Attempting to charge for extras, Hidden charges, Charged more than they quoted.

Could also be charging i had this issue with my sons galaxy tab and a new charging port fixed it (not by these idiots iigjt add). They are total cowboys ans should have diagnosed rather than just guessing, totally clueless
