DREADFUL! Cracked screen, took over 2 weeks instead of 72 hours, very poor communication, then told me 'there may be smudges under the glass'.
Tablet returned to me filthy dirty, glue around the edge, and large pink smudge under the glass. Just writing to Mr.Fishiq the MD, now. Advise everyone to KEEP WELL CLEAR! Now they want another £100 to replace the LCD which they have damaged!
Not much good getting a refund as it will cost even more to get their handiwork put right elsewhere. Cowboys! I wish I'd found this website first. Consumer Rights Act 2015 requires them to provide services 'with reasonable skill and care'.
Going to Trading Standards next if they don't put right their terrible work. Anybody else gone down the formal route?
