Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They have lied about my repaired phone being dispatched twice now.

I was guaranteed to have it back in 48 hours. It is a week now and still no phone. They are rude both on the phone and via messages they send, and then add extra charges on. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Absolutely disgraceful. I have now left for 6 weeks, and have no phone to keep in contact with my loved ones.

Disgraceful. Absolutely disgraceful.

Reason of review: Poor customer service, lies and failure to dispatch.

Monetary Loss: $135.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Failure to collect, Lies and extremely bad service, Additional charges and rude service, Just after your money.
