I was quoted £180 at first. They said my laptop would be repaired within 48hours. Later they went on to say 2weeks as they were waiting on a part. After the two weeks they said another problem arised. Three screens, cpu component, touchscreen issues. Anyways, for three months they've been telling me that they're waiting on parts... I finally rang and asked to cancel the repair and was told "you have to do that online" which I went straight on to do. The engineer ignored me and still said they're waiting on a new screen. I rang up and explained I want to cancel, I was told my old screen had chucked and that the repair has to go ahead as they cannot give my item back without a screen. This company has breached their own rights. Now I have to wait a further three days to be fed another lie.

Don't really know where to start but AVOID !!!!!! Had my phone for 4 bloody months they said they could fix it then 3 months later they decided they couldn't then took a further month to actually get it back never again worst repair company

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Early november i sent my sons samsung s6 phone for a replacement screen they quoted £139.99 with £17.50 deposit which they said would be taken off the price once done anyhow it took them til early January to get phone back but before i got it back there was a whole load of excuses i asked just to send it back numerous times which they didn't and i had to fight to get my deposit taken off but i'm happy to say my phone was perfect...also just went online for a htc repair on another website and i got a quote from these guys again so be careful its not from elite phones

Dropped my phone screen cracked and then started going black as if liquid was in it. Got lots of quotes around £169 Elite quoted £69 on a 48 hour turnaround. Paid £17.50 for UPS to collect which they did next day. As it was 21st December they still confirmed I would receive it back before xmas. Finally after many many phone calls emails and upset I had my phone returned to me 11th January. Even though they advertise they answer their emails within 24 days it takes 3/4 days and several phone calls when they do answer they apologize and say they are trying their best. New quote now £186 as they said the LED needed replacing. I have since been informed by others that they should have known this in the first place when I told them about the problems. I feel they get yur phone with cheap quotes then you have no alternative but to pay bill wish I had used local repair company.

Ordered a phone repair, needed lables from them to send, they did not send lables, gave alternative email, still no lables. Paid a £17.50 deposit, which I was then informed is non refundable, even though I can not send the phone because I have not received the labels. They refuse to refund. The t+c do state this, but I made the order via phone and was not told of this. I am not going through my credit card company to get a charge back. Do not use this company, many many people angry with them. Trading Standards complaints etc. Use someone decent. Elite they are not. I can not fill this out to +100 words, as this is simply what happened, they took my money for doing nothing.

Like everyone else, I failed to read the reviews before sending my tablet away into the unknown. The initial contact was ok, but after that it's a faceless company. You have to do all your contact via an online system, and if you phone for updates they won't give you any information! My tablet went in for a screen repair, they never even opened it, but lied to me that they had tried 2 new screens and it was a problem with the digitiser. Finally I got it back after 4 weeks, after having to pay for repairs they never did! They still haven't returned all of my charger. It's like a final act of spite! The unfortunate thing is that they seem to own all the repair websites, so you don't actually know it's going to them! They should be closed down.

DREADFUL! Cracked screen, took over 2 weeks instead of 72 hours, very poor communication, then told me 'there may be smudges under the glass'. Tablet returned to me filthy dirty, glue around the edge, and large pink smudge under the glass. Just writing to Mr.Fishiq the MD, now. Advise everyone to KEEP WELL CLEAR! Now they want another £100 to replace the LCD which they have damaged! Not much good getting a refund as it will cost even more to get their handiwork put right elsewhere. Cowboys! I wish I'd found this website first. Consumer Rights Act 2015 requires them to provide services 'with reasonable skill and care'. Going to Trading Standards next if they don't put right their terrible work. Anybody else gone down the formal route?

My Sony Vaio Fit 15 laptop, had a motherboard problem. All my important works were getting delayed because of this. One of my friends, suggested to get it repaired from Elite phones and computers repair centre. I checked in the store and talked to the technician. I was a little skeptical, but on my friend’s words, I deposited my laptop for repair. They told that it will be getting done in 2 days time. They called me up after 2 days. I checked how my laptop was working and it was running smoothly. They charged me £75.99 and it was ok. Friends, you can take up a repair service from this laptop repair centre.

EPAC/HTC Fixer need to go!

I seem to have had the same problem as a lot of people in this group, so im glad i came across it. I had a brand new HTC M9 for around a month before having battery problems. Me being an ***, i opened up the back to see if it was dust and debris and the housing didnt fit back on. After this, I went through EPAC who charged me the 17.50 "deposit" that ive never seen back and then proceeded to charge the quoted 57.90 for the battery repair. They sent the courier 8 hours early so i was at university so i had to wait for a week for it to go away. They then charged me 35 pound for new housing, which i accepted as long as everything was covered, (volume buttons, side panels for sim and MICROSD ect). I they said it was done and sent it back withn 72 or so hours. They added VAT afterwards, bringing the total to around 112 pound or so. However, when i got it back, i noticed they had forcefully re fitted the original casing, ruining the screen and making it uneven, as well as leaving a gaping hole at the bottom of the device, as well as stealing all my original screws and panels. The charging worked, until the gap at the bottom of my phone knocked it loose. They simply charged me 35 pounds to send me a cheap, new back panel alongside the damaged phone that resulted in another broken charging port. I went to the store and spoke to a friendly enough guy who said yep its fine and under warranty. All was well until a big, aggressive man who i assume runs the place comes out, looked at my phone and had the nerve to blame me, saying it is against store policy to send the case unfitted, and i took it off. They also claimed that i ripped the charger port out, and damaged the solder on the motherboard. They called me a liar, knowing theyre in the wrong to my face. An argument went on, then he had the nerve to offer me "a great discount". Before he took my phone, i took it and simply asked for the 35 pound back. He refused, and lied to me again saying this was not their work. Is there any way i can claim money back for a *** job? Its not the greatest time for a student, coming up to Christmas to lose that money for nothing. Thank you. PLEASE IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO REPAIR YOUR PHONE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL BLATANTLY CALL YOU A LIAR AND DENY, OR WORSE. UPDATE: Found out thaks to the EPAC Support Group, and this site that Mohammed Patel, Shadow director was the rude man. Cost: £129

Spectacularly ***, simply unbelievable

I was quoted £70 over the phone and was told it would take 48 hours to replace the screen of my Samsung. It took over a month and it cost me £144. And that was after I haggled. Their customer service and general communication is without doubt the worst I've ever experience from any human being, anywhere. They simply don't give a *** They then wouldn't provide an adequate receipt, so I'm unable to claim on my insurance. Using this company has therefore cost me £144 Plus £30 of wasted network fees while I didn't have a phone. A month without a phone. Don't go near them with a barge pole. They need investigating.

TERRIBLE COMPANY! They added loads of extra charges, broke the phone, & refused to answer my emails

I was originally quoted £89.99 for my repair, and called up to confirm that this included 'all taxes and fees', which I was told it did. Surprise surprise, they later added VAT. When they received my phone, there was a mystery 'issue' that meant that the assembly needed to be replaced, which would be another £34.99 + VAT. If I didn't pay this, the phone wouldn't work. I coughed up, then when I got my phone back the speakers didn't work. When I called them, they said I'd have to pay £9.99 to send it back for them to inspect, and couldn't guarantee there wouldn't be more charges. It turned out they'd replaced them with cheap knock-off components, then messed up the repair, shortcircuited the phone, and snapped the chassis. I had to pay another £40 for it to be repaired by a reputable company. If you're reading this and think 'it can't be this bad', take my advice (and that of 100s of other people who have been ripped off) and avoid this company like the plague!! WHAT A ***.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. Quoted me £69.00 to fix a crack in the screen of my Samsung, no extra costs mentioned on the phone. Once they received my phone they emailed me saying it would be £129.00, plus it would be a black phone front (my phone is gold). At this point I looked online at the million bad reviews and realized I was being had. I told them I did not want to go ahead with the repair, and asked if I could come and collect it from their depo in Eccles to avoid further charges. At this point they emailed me telling me the phone was not repairable anyway.... Seemed strange since ten minutes before they had been willing to charge me £129.00 for the pleasure. I called customer service who were rude, unhelpful and refused to give me any information on the phone saying they would email me. When I asked why they couldn't talk to me on the phone since this was a customer service line they still refused saying they only give information on repairs by email. In the end I had to pay for it to be returned, it arrive more damaged than when I sent it. Awful service, absolute *** men, do not use this company!

The worst company I have dealt with . I sent my Samsung off to them to fix a screen they could not even replace the original colour of screen . On arriving back to me another colour of which I agreed because I committed to getting it fixed at a price of £340 be warned when they quote you they do not mention VAT on top of the price they origianal quote you on phone this surprise arrives with the final invoice of which you have to ask for deposit to be removed they won do that unless reminded . On top of all this when my phone arrived back it was not even put together properly the back was not secure and I could not put the SIM card reader back in the phone . I called the company to ask them to resolve the problem they then said to me they would send a UPS label to send the phone back to resolve the problem . I waited ....no UPS label I then logged onto my account to find an e mail from them asking me to pay for the return of my phone myself ! After paying them all that money I expected to pay more to ask them to fix their own mistakes !!! Stay clear of this company . I took the handset to a high street shop they know kindly removed the glue that was preventing the SIM card slot to close and resealed the phone the best they could and for free . They told me the parts were not the good quality screens they were cheap e bay versions and the job they did was atrocious . I will be reporting this company to trading standards as I have been well and truely been ripped off . The final straw on getting my phone repaired I went to the gym wentto plug my earphones in , guess what no ear phone jack !!!!!! Angry is an understatement l stay clear of elite phones and computers

Too Late he cried! DREADFUL customer service

I have just this minute read these comments, too late! I sent my Samsung Ativ Tab on the 12th January which they received 13th January 2017, supposed 48 hour turn around which is I admit a tight schedule and a hard promise to keep. However, ALL requests for update i sent via email received NO reply. Phone call eventualy got through, "There were problems" but they would get back to me within 24 hours...guess what, they havent. Have just emailed again requesting the tablet be returned, why do i feel my request will fall on deaf ears? It appears that once they have your equipment they ignore any attempt at communication! Absolutely appalling service. BE advised and stay well clear
