Had my 15 year old daughters phone sent off for a screen repair with a charger. Had my charger stolen, the box i sent it in was wrecked due to the heavy anounts of tape on it. Had it one day and screen cracked under my daughters thumb and cut it while texting. Sent my phone in for a new screen. Got it back with entire left side not secured. Not prepared to send it back as i dont trust them. Avoid this lot at all costs !

I sent my device to this company over 7 weeks ago and so far I've had *** excuse after *** excuse. I have asked them directly to return my device and they have produced yet another excuse about engineers diagnosing issues, and promising a response in 24 to 48 hours. I sent my device in for repair in June, with the promise of a 48 hour turnaround should their be no complications. The procedure to book the device in and the time it took to be received were fantastic, but ultimately that's where the 'good service' ends. Booked kindle for screen repair. They charged £17.50 for deposit. After several days I started asking for updates and I was told several times to bear with them. After 12 working days they asked me to pay the full price of £96 (without deposit taken off) and it was returned with scuffs and scratches around the edges. Charging for unnecessary extras when they have the phone - poor very poor customer service. Very poor follow up and they leave you with no choice but to add in the extra after promising to return the phone to you after 2 days. Incredible how bad their care is and how unethical their practice is. Told me my touch screen was not working even though it was and they added it on as an extra - no leeway or discussion. booked a tablet repair and they immediately charged my credit card with £24.50, rang back less than 2 hours later to cancel, as my son had taken the tablet to someone local to repair, we live in Plymouth. Refused to refund money and never bothered to cancel UPS delivery. Could accept liability to postage costs of £9.99, even though they had plenty of time to cancel, but can not see how they justify keeping all the £24.50 for doing nothing,... Read more

I paid £80 to have my daughters mobile phone screen repaired only to have it crack the day after we recieved it back from repair. When i contacted them they refused to have the screen repaired again free of charge, even though it is obvious they have used thin glass and not toughened, which is why it has cracked. sent my phone to replace a cracked LCD screen. Contacted them and explained the work and agreed a price - this is a contract. sent them the phone and as soon as they had it in their possession they tried to increase the price. first warning signs.
